5 oz Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 cup Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves
2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Directions
- Dry the chicken and flatten it if necessary. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl or sealed bag. Coat the chicken with the mixture thoroughly. Allow the chicken to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Crank up the heat to medium-high on the grill or grill pan. Pop the chicken on there and allow it to cook for about five to seven minutes. Flip it with tongs and cook for another five to seven minutes, or until all the juices run clear. Remove any excess marinade.
